EDITOR'S NOTE: Local Comic Store CAPTAIN BLUE HEN has become very active lately in hosting events.  Here’s a quick sampler (courtesy of CBH) of what’s coming up  . . . . . . .
NEW Harry Potter at Captain Blue Hen Comics
"Readers are invited on an enchanting journey through the Hogwarts curriculum, from Care of Magical Creatures and Herbology to Defense Against the Dark Arts, Astronomy, and more in this book uncovering thousands of
years of magical history."

In the wizarding mood but you've read all of your Harry Potter books? Well you're in luck. Captain Blue Hen's got your back. Now you can learn about the inspiration behind J.K. Rowling's beloved series of Harry Potter books!
Joe, the Captain himself, previews and reviews the book in a video here on our Facebook page:
"The book is more fun than I expected.  You learn a lot about the evolution, inspiration and background of your favorite Potter characters and set pieces with sketches, notebook excerpts and more.  Plus learn a little about the real history of magic from Astronomy to Bezoars, Palmistry to Divination."

We have copies in stock and ready to deliver.
It's softcover (no hardcover edition is available) for $19.99.
Don't forget schools and libraries get 20% off!

"Prepare to be amazed by artifacts released from the archives of the British Library, unseen sketches and manuscript pages from J.K. Rowling, and incredible illustrations from artist Jim Kay."
